I am going to Cancun in 55 days...... however, my body is NO WHERE near ready for a bathing suit.
I'm 140lbs, and 5'2. My legs look amazing, it's my arms and stomach that need the most work (and my DD's need to shrink!)
I've lost 5lbs so far, but I really need to kick it up a notch. So here's my plan....
1500 calories a day. Mostly lean protein; chicken, eggs, lots of salads, plenty of water, etc.
15 mins on the treadmill at 3.5mph, then the elliptical for 5 minutes. Repeat.
15 mins on the treadmill at 4.0mph, then the elliptical for 5 minutes. Reapeat.
It comes down to an hour at 3.5 and an hour at 4.0 and 20 minutes on the elliptical. I have to break up my elliptical times because I can't do it all at once.
I have quite a bit of free time so this much time in the gym is not a problem for me.
Do you think I could lose my ten lbs in a month by doing this about 3-4 times a week?
I'm also looking for free weight exercises for my arms and ab work.
