Tomorrow we have a cold front hitting we should hit about 50..... i hate this up and down temps during this time of year. Other than that today we are getting ready to celebrate christmas with the family. I have a long list of things to do........Wish me luck. Jackie gets her homework done early and all we have is spelling once we get home so......between baking and decorating spelling will get in there sometime........

ICE here!!!! Today I've got a dentist appt. Yuck! After that I think I'll come home and take a nap. I'm battling a cold again. I just had one over Thanksgiving. This afternoon Evan is going to a friend's house to work on a science project and Megan has gymnastics. Evan may go to swim practice tonight if he finishes the science project soon enough. They are making a cell out of candy and jello. Yum!!!

Well, its been the day from hell. Had a mammogram this morning. Not horrible but not fun. Then non-stop meetings at work, then I decide to leave at 3:30 rather than 4:00 because its snowing and I wanted to be home early to cook supper because its the band Christmas concert at the school. Well, my normal 35 min. trip took 130 min. because of the snow. ARRGGHHH!!! Got home at 5:40, Kristen leaped in the car and off we went to the concert as she had to be there at 6:00. So I ended up working the bake sale table and ate carrot cake and macaroons with water for dinner. How nutritious is that? So the concert is fine, we raised alot of money and then we go trudging out the car and its COVERED in about 3 inches of snow. So I have to sweep that off before we can go, the roads are horrible with snow, the windshield wipers are iced up and not working well. ARRGGHHH!! Finally make it to Wendy's drive-thru so I can get some real dinner (relatively speaking), get home at 9:50 and Kristen has a bunch of math homework.

I am exhausted. I had to stand the whole concert because I couldn't get to my chair and I had to work the bake sale anyway so my feet in my big winter boots were hot and sore. Now I'm just crabby and tired. The concert was great though and I think we raised over $1000 with the bake sale, door admission and chocolate bar sales. Not too shabby.

I'm kind of hoping for a snow day. We must have at least 6 inches of snow but they are saying its supposed to be sunny tomorrow so not likely. 2+ hours commute though is unbearable.

So that's my whine for the day.

(((Tracie))) I hope you are able to get a good nights sleep tonight. What would happen if you just let Emma cry? Would DH get up?
