I broke myself

Hey there,

I haven't been on here in a while b/c school has been crazy, but I broke myself and need some advice. I cracked a rib (biking accident) a little over a week ago and it really doesn't hurt as bad as it did so I've been doing some extremely short biking/running and a little lifting.

Here's the deal, I don't know what's up, but I feel like my back

My very non-medical opinion is that the back is one of those things you just cannot treat aggressively (I hold the same theory for knees too).

I was just thinking about you yesterday, wondering what happened to you. Sorry to hear about your rib.

Hi! Thanks, I think I needed to hear that. I wish I had talked to you when I decided to run my knees into the ground! I've been icing the rib and heating the rest and it is starting to come around. I guess one can always do with a massage...

Thanks,

Mary

Lol, it is a pain. I would rather take it easy and get better though. School has eated through my life. So it goes.

I never told you what the ising model was! I will write it later today.
