Do you have more information about the fatty acid oxidation after 20 minutes, either web sites or good books? I've heard about it but haven't read anything reliable.

I think this is why you have to look at research/personal experience and decide which makes the most sense to you (you can nearly always find a contradictory study).

I'm going to have to pull out my anatomy books and read up about all this. I've spent more time at that blog and love the information, though he covers it from the point of view of an endurance athlete looking for better performance.
