Lord all mighty someone else out there has the same problem I do.
I also run outside, I also do indoor training and I work the legs & upper body as well.
I noticed a decrease in my hips (not much) but yes my legs have super toned up but I have stopped caring about fitting into jeans because it just does not happen.

Where do your jeans not fit? Are they tight around the legs?
My jeans have gotten tight around the legs since my legs bulked up with the strength training I have been doing. So I stick with cords and anything stretchy.
My legs are always huge...a big thank you to dad's side of the family on that one.
