11 km long run on Saturday

2) What will be the next muscle group you lift with?
all of them

3) What do you wear on the bottom at the gym?
depending on the weather/occasion...bootcut pants, capris, shorts, running tights

4) Do you put up your hair? At the gym or at home?
It is in the employee handbook that trainers have to wear their hair up if it is long. At home, not all the time.

5) Do you bring water? In what?
In my bisphenol-A laden Camelbak. I was at a yoga conference on Sunday and EVERYONE was using a Sigg.

Good job on the running! Is that the farthest you've gone?


I love the Sigg bottles but they're super loud when you drop them and they dent. I can imagine dropping one in a yoga class
