There might be an updated term for suicide but it's what we called them in high school. You sprint 1/4 way across the room, touch the floor, sprint back (forward or backward), touch the floor; repeat at 1/2, 3/4, then all the way across.

the way i learned burpees you squat down, jump to push up position, do a push up, jump back up and stand up with your hands over your head -- so fresh start's move

Plyomtric jump squats are good ones. I had my client do them w/ a med ball, across the gym.
