i think that counts as a workout. but i don't think it would be a problem if you went one week without a rest day, as long as you aren't feeling worn out.
I agree that it's a workout. I don't think it would matter to do it once, but if you went without a rest day like that regularly, you're going to set yourself up for some injuries!!! So as some of my little girls would say, "Bees careful." LOL! Cathy
My "layman's" response is to just be weary of any possible injuries.
