I'm tired of my sports conditioning class.

i think it's a great idea because it gives you flexibility and it will bring in people who are afraid of your class. it also makes it sound to people like they are getting free personal training and they'll love that.

but i don't think you should commit yourself to a ratio of lifting to cardio -- having it be "group personal training" allows you to mix it up week to week and gear it towards what the people in the class want or what works.

My big concern with something like that is if you're going heavy, I think it's awfully hard to watch people and make sure they don't hurt themselves. This is my main issue with doing group training and why I really prefer to not train anymore than two people at a time.

This is one of my problems with the whole Rep Reebok class and why I haven't taught it.

I don't think I'd commit myself to a percent but I'd say something along the lines of lifting to build muscle, interspered with aerobic intervals, along those lines.

I think it sounds like a GREAT idea...especially for the kind of people that go to your gym.

Fit Camp, not a very catchy name, but that's what it is!
