I am a 32 yo female who is 5 foot 3 and 126 lbs. I have always worked out and two months ago I started tracking my diet on The Daily Plate.com I eat between 1500-1700 calories a day and my fat grams are low and keep protein at around 80g. I exercise 4 times a week and lead an active lifestyle. I work out at home and alternate between step, weights, interval etc. I have lost ZERO lbs and my clothes fit the same. I started Prozac two months ago as well. what is wrong with me? Could it be the prozac? It is so frustrating b/c I eat so healthy.

Everyone reacts to medicine differently, so you may want to talk to your physician about the side effects you may be experiencing.

Besides the great advice you've already gotten, you might want to also have your thyroid checked for hypothyroidism, an underactive thryoid. Hypothyroidism is frequently associated with depression and other "mood" disorders. A great site is thyroid-info.com. Check out the info for the testing and accurate levels. It's worth ruling out.
