Has anyone done this? There's a studio near my house and I'm seriously thinking of giving it a try. Everyone I know who's done it has loved it.

we were just talking about bikram not long ago, but i think you missed it because it while you were at the beach. i said i never tried it and didn't want to b/c of the heat, and

It's funny because I like hard as cardio goes but holding hard yoga poses is too challenging.
