Underwater Spin class

I saw this class on the news the other day. It's a spinning class in a swimming pool. You're up to about your chest in the water on a bike. It looked really cool. In some ways, I think the water would make it a little easier. And in others, it would add some resistance and make it harder. Does anyone think they would try it? I've never taken a spinning class but I think I'd like this one. Cathy

:) I know. That thought did occur to me. It would be like someone suggesting something cool for my after school program. I'd look at it the same way. But I just thought it was great the way you both reacted so practically.

I'd love to join a nice, up with the trends gym. I feel like I'm so out of what's going on in the fitness world with where I am.

Yeah, how long can you hold your breath while "dancing" underwater??! That will be the new competition. I think Carmen Electra will have that one down. No offense to anyone who likes her workouts but she was on that show I watched on FitTv and that's just a joke. I suppose it has it's place if that's what you're into but fitness? I don't think so.
