I'm just starting to feel better since the accident last week. Do you think it's ok for me to do a light workout or should I not push it and wait another few days? I'm having a hard time deciding. Thanks! Cathy :)

I would suggest doing light cardio (no strength training yet) and most importantly, LISTEN to your body. Any sharp pains and you should stop right away.

That's what I was thinking. I miss my weights, though!! They're calling me. Maybe I'll put on the Hip Hop honors and dance around my living room for a little while. :)

Too late but wanted to say I agree w/ kel. Much lighter than you're used to doing and listen to your body.

I settled for a little bit of dancing and some light housecleaning - sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, that sort of thing. Thanks! :)
