Thanks for the warm welcome....I spend a lot of time lurking here on IVillage but just recently found this group. I have been a gym rat for the better part of 9 years. I have taken 2 breaks one in 2001 when we had a major move that lasted about 3 years (wow it didnt seem that long) then one again this past January that only lasted 10 months. I really dont plan on breaking again! In fact am constantly looking for ways on increasing my gym time.
I love to do cardio....elliptical mostly. Weight training I enjoy, but when the gym isn't crowded. The times I go there is a lot of men and young teen boys so I stick to cardio and body pump classes for the majority of my workouts. I had a PT for about 2 years on and off and loved every minute. If there was a way I could squeeze it into the budget, I totally would.
I am always open to food advise, as my eating habits are my pitfall. I'm not the worst, but far from the best eater. Looking forward to getting to know you all.
