Here it is:
Monday: 2 mile walk; weights, total body with abs
Tuesday: 2 mile walk; pilates or yoga
Wednesday: 2 mile walk;l weights, total body with abs
Thursday: 2 mile walk; pilates or yoga
Friday: 2 mile walk: abs - maybe weights, too
Thursday: hiking with client, maybe some elliptical in the afternoon
Friday: strength training/cardio intervals
Saturday or Sunday: elliptical
No skiing this coming weekend. I'm so bummed but I'm going to NYC for 4 days with my daughter and her dance team.
Mon--teach sports conditioning
Tues--tempo run and 1/2 hour step
Fri--rest day or longish run, depending on what I did Wed
Sat/Sun--will bring clothes but not sure if I'll be able to work out or not.
Sun - one hour on elliptical (5 miles?), weight circuit
Mon - one hour on bike, abs, back, legs
Tues - dare I try multistep???
Wed - cardio/toning at home
Thursday - bike, abs, back, legs
MON: 30 min. turbo jam, arms
TUES: 30 min. step, 30 min. pilates
WED: Lifting upper and lower body in sculpting class, 30 min. step, 45 min. yoga
THUR: 30 min. turbo jam, 30 min. yoga
FRI: Day off
SAT: 30 min. step, 30 min. yoga/pilates
SUN: 30 min. yoga, 30 min. step
I teach 2 beg. step and 2 yoga classes, and one body sculpting class.
