Your ideal workout

If you were going to put together your ideal workout for the week, what would it look like?
Mine would include 30 to 45 minutes of dance aerobics, 5 times a week - including 2 interval or plyo workouts. I would do yoga 1 or 2 times a week. Then I would do a weight training program for the week, probably following something from Oxygen magazine or maybe a push/pull workout - I like those, doing a different body part or two each day.
