If you were going to put together your ideal workout for the week, what would it look like?


Mine would include 30 to 45 minutes of dance aerobics, 5 times a week - including 2 interval or plyo workouts. I would do yoga 1 or 2 times a week. Then I would do a weight training program for the week, probably following something from Oxygen magazine or maybe a push/pull workout - I like those, doing a different body part or two each day.

I get bored easily, too. After I wrote my ideal plan, I realized that it could motivate me to actually acheive it! Cathy :)

I've said that my ideal workout week would be skiing during the week and DCAC every weekend.

I've never really thought of it that way because I don't do anything athletic - I'm in shape enough for the things I do but that's an interesting way of looking at it. I'll have to think about that! Cathy

Definitely, just think about your trip to NYC and how you were able to walk whatever you wanted and not wonder if you'd be too tired.
