Hi - new member here...this looks like a fun place. Quick bio - I'm 38, from NY and have struggled with weight issues FOREVER! Almost 2 yrs ago I hit the highest I'd ever been -168 lbs (I'm 4'11) and I decided that's it so I started weight watchers and in just under a year I dropped almost 50 lbs -(119 at my lowest) I did A LOT of cardio!I was thin, but lacked muscle tone so I changed up my workouts to include waaaaay more weight training and now my arms look strong and defined. I've gained about 10-15 lbs back since this past summer & some I attribute to the increased muscle mass, but I will admit I'd fallen off the weight watchers band wagon for awhile at that point. I've been back with the program since October, dropped 7 lbs, but then I got laid off and have had nothing to do but bake (my bad:) so I gained some of that back to, but am doing ok. I am hoping to get back down to about 120 by the summer. I eat well for the most part so I know I'll be ok. This is what my workouts look like @ the moment:

Thank you for the welcome Elizabeth!

I figured since I'm not working right now, I may as well step it up. LOL. Taking a day off is mandatory in any workout program...actually I've been told many times that 1 day on, one day off is best but that just doesn't work for me.
