I'm doing a lot of stuff with resistance bands and BOSU lately.

Yep, I've started running again and am doing some cross fit classes. It's quite a change up for me.

I went rock climbing for the first time...(not a real rock, but a rock wall)...Wow!! it's tough but what an exhilarating feeling to get to the top.

Are you still doing kettlebells? I love using the resistance bands below the BOSU. I use it all the time in my class. To make it harder, I have them thread the handles through a body bar and the tube below the BOSU.

I love rock climbing! What a great overall workout. You move slowly but feel every muscle.

The crossfit classes are super intense-I often have to modify the workouts to my abilities (as do most of the women). I'm really enjoying the running. It's been so many years since I've run and I'm thinking of doing a 5K in the summer. I tested myself this past weekend and did 3K just under 30min on the treadmill. I'm thrilled to peices with my progress but have a ways to go. lol I plan on taking it to the road as soon as the weather breaks to see how I'm really doing. ;)
