I tried that exercise you described with one foot on the BOSU and one foot on the ball. I had the ball behind me and sort of lunged with the front leg and rolled the ball back a bit. Is that right?
When I get back from vacation, I'll try the side and front variations although my brain is having trouble figuring out how the front version would work - like a lunge maybe?
