Okay can someone please tell me what I need to do cuz all of these information is confusing. I recently signed up for gym and im excited about it but now what do I need to do, i m aware that protein helps u build muscle as well toning up. That is what im trying to do, but yet i see that I have to have calories intake about 1,200-1,300? But I can't eat that much?! I don't eat that much so how do I know what foods that im eating is healthy AND enough of calories in order to lose weight and tone up? Help????? And one more thing how do I know how much calories do I need to burn?
