It's okay. I was just being snarky. :)
Lately, I've been doing two days of full-body strength training. I'm thinking that I'll continue with a similar program and maybe on that third day, do "bonus exercises" that I'll just do once a week.
I've been a lot about how people are doing too much cardio for fat loss. I've also been really freakin' tired. :( I just keep thinking that I eat well, I get a fair amount of sleep and I work out a healthy amount... I shouldn't be that tired. I thought maybe allotting more time to strength training might help. I don't know.
Yeah, I am aiming for compound movements on that bonus day.
I really don't know why I'm tired. Maybe I'm just lazy. :P Or maybe it's because it's getting hot again here. I had bloodwork done in January and it all checked out. I'm definitely not eating too little. Maybe I'm just fighting my couch potato genes. :P
Things have been busy and stressful so it might just be all of that manifesting itself physically. I don't know. But it annoys me. I should be bursting at the seams and I just feel tired so much. It's not the crippling/depression kind of tired, but that feeling of wanting to just chill out and relax.
Thanks for your thoughts. :)
Stress can take a major toll on the body.
Inositol? I've never heard of that.
I do take a multi and a B complex. I guess it could be allergies but I'm already on two allergy medicines...
Mostly because you're feeling tired lately and I'm sure having more muscles for you won't make the difference. But maybe your body just needs a little break from all the high intensity stuff you do. Going to once a week, you'll still maintain what you have and won't have to make up grounds. It's kind of like driving a car at too high intensity for too long.
Could your allergy med(s) be making you tired?
