What do you guys think about the shoes with negative heel technology or those with air pillows - like MBT, Earth & Reebok?

Have any of you used them before?

I always wondered about those, too. I suppose if you were in really good shape to begin with, you might see some muscle tone from wearing them but you'd have to be thin or close to your ideal weight to see

I wonder if that's the brand I bought.

I bought a pair of flip/flop sandals last summer w/ arch support and I love them. They're Chacos. Not the prettiest shoes, and pretty expensive (I think over $85 for flip flops!) but they're comfortable and w/ my feet problems, worth it.

I just got some flip flops with an arch support across the entire width of the shoe.

Oh, yeah.. that whole reduce cellulite thing is silly.

But, I like the idea of a shoe strengthening my legs (supposedly 4 X more than a regular shoe) just by doing the same stuff.

MBTs are so expensive and I doubt the whole "reduce cellulite by wearing them" marketing hype.

I've never tried them but my podiatrist wears them so you could probably consider that an endorsement. :)
