Fitness/not gym rats

I was thinking it might be good to change the name of this board to something more fitness oriented than gym rats. Gym rats sounds so hard core and I thought we might get more people if it weren't so much.

"Fit for Life", "Fitness as a Lifestyle", "Fit Forever" come to mind.

I think we'd need something different from fit and healthy because it's already out there and looks like a pretty busy board. But, it does seem more like people getting into it than having been in it.

Lurker here - I belong to the F&H board. I come over here to get ideas about lifting wts. I'm not sure you would want to have fitness in the name of your board. I'll have to put my thinking cap on. Gym something?????

Ok, I've only listed what google returned from "gymrat synonym" to generate ideas - healthfit lifestyle, life devoted to fitness...

I have a gym membership and I workout at home too. Maybe core-conditioning or something like that?

Maybe Core, Sweat and Tears. I don't know about the tears part, though. And it's an old reference and anyone younger than 25 wouldn't get it.
