What's your workout schedule?

I know most of us change it but what are you doing these days?
Mon: teach sports conditioning
Tues: tempo or interval runs/ and then step or ball class
Wed: hilly run 5+ miles
Thurs: teach step, double step recently
Fri: long run 10+ miles or BOSU hi/lo and treadmill run
Sat: rest day
Sun: either lsd if I didn't do it Fri or short 5 mile run
But, once the half is over, I'll have to rework it. And, when summer comes around, I get in what I can.
