What's your workout schedule?

I know most of us change it but what are you doing these days?
For me:
Mon: teach sports conditioning
Tues: tempo or interval runs/ and then step or ball class
Wed: hilly run 5+ miles
Thurs: teach step, double step recently
Fri: long run 10+ miles or BOSU hi/lo and treadmill run
Sat: rest day
Sun: either lsd if I didn't do it Fri or short 5 mile run
But, once the half is over, I'll have to rework it. And, when summer comes around, I get in what I can.

Daily:
Monday: easy run or cardio cross training or intervals/fartlek
Tuesday: full body strength
Wednesday: easy run or cardio cross training or intervals/fartlek
Thursday: tempo run
Friday: full body strength
Saturday: long run
Sunday: hot yoga or rest
I run minimum 3x/week. I never miss speedwork or the long run. One day of strength training I do plyometrics and kettlebell training, and the 2nd day is heavy, low rep work.
If I'm busy on Sunday I also skip hot yoga, but I can really feel a difference now if I miss a few weeks.

Do you have any problems w/ intervals/fartleks the day before a tempo run?
My workouts change all the time. It depends on what's going on that week.
Monday - 30 min Yoga, TBC Class, Wt. Lifting Lower Body.
Tuesday - 10 min Stretching, Wt. Lifting Upper Body, 50 min Treadmill Run, 20 min Ab Workout
Wednesday - 30 min Stretching, Cycle Class, 30 min Ab Workout
Thursday - 20 min Pilates, Ran 5.6 Miles, Wt. Lifting
I don't ever do that. It's just whatever I didn't do that week, I have to get in 1 speed workout per week, choose between interval, tempo, or fartlek.
The one week I did 2 speed workouts in one week I was dead.
