So many questions today... anyway, if you were to have a fitness test right now, would you be surprised if you were less than excellent in any category, eg. cardio (including recovery), strength (push ups and such), balance, core, flexibility?
To be completely honest, I'd be surprised if I were lower than excellent in anything but flexibility.
