What do you all think? I have noticed myself that when I'm doing core exercises that utilize the motion he's saying is harmful that I feel some movement in my back. I'm not sure if it's discs or what but it has made me a little nervous. I've never had any noticeable pain or injury. What he's saying makes sense and it would explain some of the disconcerting movements I feel when doing those type of core exercises.
