Your Ideal Workouts Consists Mainly of...



  • A set routine at the gym
  • Winging it at the gym
  • Something you enjoy outside the gym, eg biking, hiking, etc
  • A more skilled hobby like dancing, rock climbing
  • Calisthenics... Who can get enough push ups???
  • Everyday type activities like gardening, housework, building
  • Avid remote controlling
  • Something else

I actually could have voted a couple of these but chose something outside of the gym. While I love going to the gym (it's the social center of my small town) I spend a lot of my time working out at home with DVDs or taking advantage of the state park I live by (for hiking, walking and jogging). I also absolutely love my TKD classes and spend several hours a week stretching, calisthenics, improving cardio and endurance,

TKD is one of those activities where you get a full body workout, it's something you enjoy doing so it isn't a workout for the sake of a workout.
