I'm thinking of changing my class name and description (as I've said many times here) from sports conditioning. I'm not sure it matters any more since we barely get new members. So, do you think of this--I'd like to tweak it to make it seem more fun. It's really dry and boring right now and the class is really high energy. I've just tweaked it some (edit). What do you think?
Back to basics: Challenge your whole body using a variety of moves and equipment (stability ball, step, BOSUs, gliders, jump ropes, etc) with little or no choreography. We’ll start with basic moves and build on them to get in a high energy cardio, strength and core workout.
