My legs have been so tired lately!
I think that there is a slow decline with age.

If I were running long distances or anything hard, I'd think it could be that but I'm doing one run of 4 1/2-5 miles a week and then maybe some treadmill stuff for 2-3 miles so it's not excessive.
I've started taking an extra rest day, so yesterday did nothing, too. But, my legs were still tired walking up the stairs last night. The weird thing is the past couple of weeks, I've been tired after teaching step.
If your body is telling you it needs rest, it needs rest. Even if you took a day off already. You just don't like the answer when the answer is "rest"!!
