I am curious about your workout preferences....
1. What time do you like to workout?
I really prefer morning workouts.
2. Do you like to workout alone, with one partner, or in a group?
I don't really care. I learned years ago that it's a bad idea to rely on someone to work out with you. :) My husband usually works out with me when I'm doing strength training. We don't do the same workout though.
3. What is your ideal # of times to workout each week?
I generally like 5-6 days.
4. What is your workout cardio:weight routine balance each week?
I generally do 2 strength workouts, maybe 1 yoga class and the rest is cardio.
5. Over the past year, what has been your favorite workouts?
I got some step videos last summer and I was enjoying them quite a bit but they also frustrated me. She doesn't spend enough time explaining steps and then I just get lost. I quit doing them in August and have been trying to psych myself up into doing them again but haven't been successful.
Some of the more advanced step videos are too hard to follow.
