Just one day a week...

My friend referred someone to me, a young college student, who wants to meet one day a week and that's the only workout she'll be doing. What can be gained from one day a week?

We were polar opposites in college, until I discovered skating!

Yeah, I was thinking if she wanted to walk for an hour and pay me for it,

I would think that the way you approach her depends on your goals, as well.

You are forgetting one crucial thing... When the client wants what the clients wants (after you've explained the ramifications of it), you give it to them. It's their money and their body. :)

Good point. It sounds like she's your average college student (grad), thin but not fit.

Would you rather she trained no days a week?

Even worst, she'd been training with my friend, only when she gets back to the area, like a few weeks like summer, Thanksgiving, once before Christmas.

Yeah, I don't know. I would ask her what she's looking to get out of one day a week and then be honest with her about the reality of it.
