Class format idea

Since two of my classes are completely open to what I want to do, I'm thinking of trying something new. I have these interval CDs, 4 minutes slow, 4 minutes fast. I think for the 4 minute slow, I can do heavy rep reebok type lifting and then we'd go to cardio intervals for 4 minutes. So the format could be something like (in 4 min segments):
slow: legs--say lunges into step, then squats w/ gliders
fast: cardio sports (jacks, football shuffle, etc.)--w/ step/BOSU/etc
slow: chest, then back
slow: chest, then triceps; then combined chest/tri
slow: back, then biceps; combined back/biceps
slow: standing core w/ gliding disks/ball
finish up w/ abs/back.
Think it would work in a class? Any changes, eg. muscle groups, etc? Would 4 minutes be enough for lifting? I could repeat it and that would be more intense, and easier for me to teach.
