Buying Workout Clothes?

Where do you usually buy your workout clothes? What do you wear to work out? Do you have to try them on?

I've been buying clothes at the aerobics conference I go to every year but didn't go this time. I'm so bored with what I have! For some reason, at DCAC, I don't bat an eye at what I spend and fork over $60 for little cami tops but now that I'm looking online, the prices are getting to me. I don't want $60 tops and capris! At least, not if it's mostly about fashion. I normally wear a workout tank, dressy-ish and tights but also like my capri parachute pants. I think they're Kos.

Interesting. That's never happened to me but it makes sense that it would.

But foot size also changes with your weight. When I lost weight, I went from being a small 7 to a solid 6.5.

From what I've heard/read, our feet spread with age so they don't change in volume but it all gets flatter and wider. I guess it makes sense. I find that the shoe model makes a big difference. My latest pair of NB were too short.

I've noticed some of my old tops are too short. I thought they'd shrunk (since I know I didn't get taller) but someone said it's the change in the style over the years. No one ever wore those parachute pants at my gym, even when they were popular so it's not a big deal now that they're not. The standard dress at my gym is t shirt/shorts. I guess it's like you with wearing just every day clothes, t shirt or tanks. I like the parachute pants on days when I don't want to wear tight fitting clothes.

I'm not picky about sports bras and have a few from Costco, Champion--two pack for less than $20 I think. They're spaghetti strap bras which I like. I just need to go shopping.

I don't know if my feet are changing, or what, but I used to buy men's newbalance.
