Yea, found out the guy at the gym has a gf so now I feel comfortable again:-) Today I did the bike on a higher level than normal 25min while watching this stupid thing on the today show claiming attraction is about feet size! Didnt anyone see that, it made me mad, I have a size 9 not giantic but come on people thats pretty primitive.
Then my normal weight routine: pull ups 15-10x3; dips for triceps15/3;inner thigh 15/3;outter thigh 15/3, leg press15/3; and seated row(for back) 15/3 I did a little something to my right knee, no pain, but I notice it, i think it is from that leg press machine where you are laying down and push your self up horizontally, kind of like a laying down squat, or I could have done it from running the other day, stupid knee, damn this getting older!:-)
Hey guys - we had a heck of a snow storm here again last night.
I have to say, I feel pretty spoiled looking at my weather ticker on my computer that says 72 and hearing you guys talk about ice storms.
Well I made it to 9:47pm and I only have had a sugar free hot chocolate!
