I'm taking the cat to the vet this morning with DH, then my parents are coming to try out an all you can eat Japanese restaurant for lunch.
Nothing special planned for tonight with DH, and no workout today, need to rest.
Breakfast: leftover WW parsley garlic pasta w/spinach & low-sodium bacon, coffeeLunch: Japanese feastDinner: curry chicken fried brown rice
OMG - killer day with killer meetings ALL DAY.
B - apple
L - chick w/wild rice soup, 1/2 salad w/ salmon, 1/2 sourdough roll
S - apple and banana
D - protein smoothie and two bites of chicken
Killer spin class - despite instructor's instructions to stay just below anaerobic threshold (she says, "to build your anaerobic base and to train your body to be more efficient at drawing from your fat stores), I did killer anaerobic cycles that kicked my butt!!
