What are you all up to for the weekend? Anyone off Monday?
I did about 15 min of cardio, split 5/10 on the treadmill and arc trainer with a couple of the other trainers at the gym. They wanted to continue on the stairmaster but I don't do stairmaster so I bailed out and did weights instead.
I have Monday off, it's a new holiday here in Ontario.
Breakfast: coffee, banana and PB in a WW wrapLunch: leftover curry chicken fried rice, carrots, dill dip, pork jerkyDinner: penne alla vodka, saladSnack: cocoa snaps, almonds, strawberries
I am taking another rest day today.
I ate ice cream last night and I am upset about it.
