I am going to try and make a step class this morning and then I am meeting a friend to workout at the Y (weights, abs).

I'm going to teach spin this morning then I have to teach piano for a couple of lessons - a regular lesson AND a make up, so 2 hours with the same kid! eeek! Then I'll do some laundry and DH and I are meeting my friend for dinner. This friend lives 100 km away but got a temp job this weekend at a mall that's 1 minute from my house so of course hanging out is a good idea!
Breakfast: leftover penne alla vodka, coffee, pork jerky
no idea for the rest of the day.
