I'm teaching ball this morning and then more laundry, more bathroom cleaning and more muffin baking.
Breakfast: yogurt, kashi w/blueberries, coffeeLunch: breakfasty brunch thingsDinner: roasted veggies and grilled steakSnack: baked chips

It's so creamy, it doesn't taste nonfat. I don't usually buy non-fat products like that because they taste so runny. I usually get 2%.
I spent all morning skiing.
Oh yeah, those are more my speed!
