I am teaching advanced spin this morning and then I have 1 piano student. Going to get some groceries for later.
Breakfast: vanilla yogurt, coffee, blueberries, kashiLunch: ???Dinner: noodle wrapped shrimp, sweet potato fries, salad (not TOO much because I do not want to waddle the 5K tomorrow)
