My husband leaves at 2:30am to go to Norfolk on Monday mornings.

:P I have actually had a good day so far!
Trained 4 clients, and went to the specialty running store after work to get stuff..I got a 10% off coupon by spinning a wheel at the race expo on Friday. I got a belt to strap my number on (jacket is already starting to sport holes from the safety pins) and another pair of smartwools - one of my old Adidas socks got a hole so that is my excuse for more socks.
Breakfast: yogurt, kashi, blueberries; coffeeLunch: leftover veggie lasagna, roasted zucchiniDinner: honey-lemon chicken, stir fried bok choySnack: pear, almonds, quinoa crunchies
Well, I guess the weather is mirroring my mood today... its raining and grey, grey, grey!

PS - I heard a rumor that one of the little hole-in-the-wall shoe stores in this area has NB & Brooks runners on clearance for $30!!!
