I ran 7.75 km this morning using 10:1 min run/walk intervals. My legs feel "dead" and heavy. They probably need a break. I might be full steam ahead on fitness but my food lately has been bleh. Trying to eat up the junk in the house and not buy any more.

Breakfast: banana & PB in WW wrap, coffee
Lunch: noodle wrapped shrimp (see!!!), butternut squash soup
Dinner: low sodium bacon & spinach with parsley garlic WW spaghetti
Snack: pear, cocoa snaps, almonds

I am going to take a 30 min. step class this evening and a 30 min. pilates class. The step is a great workout, because for the entire class, she keeps you moving.


B: Grits, yogurt, coffee


S:Edamame


L: Whole grain pasta in a basil sauce, w/ red peppers


S: pear


D: Sesame & Ginger marinated baked chicken breast, steamed asparagus


S:1/2 cup cottage cheese

I'd never heard of Lethal Leslie until I read it in your post.
Our step classes are nothing like that. The choreography is really advanced.

Lethal Leslie also has some intermediate choreography sometimes that I think is pretty basic. Her advanced stuff is crazy!

It is great choreography. I don't think I could ever teach like that.


I took step yesterday and we did lots of basic stuff but my legs are so sore.


We don't have kickboxing at our gym anymore and that is my favorite thing !
