I got this in my email last night, bought the digital print and must share, it's from the 5K last weekend, and it's a LOT better than the pics my DH takes from the car, where I am a speck.

Breakfast (better get eating, gotta go soon!): banana, PB, WW wrap, coffee
Lunch: unagi don, miso soup w/spinach and mushrooms
Dinner: homemade WW BBQ chicken pizza, salad
Snack: pear, cocoa snaps, these nuts (they are kind of disgusting, good thing they come in a small bag)

Woo, my thoughts, too--finally Friday! Nice shot of you during the race. I bought some pictures from the marathon and have no idea what I'll do with them (or where they are!).

Popcorn does that to me, too. It's probably not the popcorn but the salt. I always gain a couple of pounds the day after eating a lot of popcorn from water retention.

What do most people's legs look like? I think mine are more muscular than average but I like them - no cellulite or fat anywhere on them!
