I want to say "thanks" to you guys for your posts.
I did about 30 min. of spin this morning, upper body is completely fried from all the shovelling this weekend. Had to buy another pair of running shoes because the cheap ones I got feel like wearing cushioned foam blocks on my feet. they're comfy, but clunky and don't feel right for a race.
