Hey - I am sick of being sick!
Oooh, I am sore today without feeling old and decrepit.
I will remind you that I can only run in any temp because of my SUPER EXPENSIVE HIGH TECH GEAR!
I was out of bed at 3:30 because I had horrible chills & fever. So I figured since I was up I'd go and train my 6 am client. My 2nd client was supposed to be at 10 am so I cancelled that.
No workout, need a rest..which is too bad, I wanted to test out my new shoes.
I'm getting my hair coloured this afternoon and then I have to take the cat to the vet.

I ran on the treadmill. I'd rather be outside because it's perfect weather for a run--sunny, mid 50's, but I need a pace for the tempo run.
What speed music do you need? I have a ton I don't use any more that I'd be happy to send you. It might not be your style, though.
OMG - that would be so great!
Although my day started out slow, I just did a GREAT workout - kickboxing.
