This week just went on and on!
I'm going for a long run this morning - how long remains to be seen (probably around 8k or a bit more). Hopefully the hairstylist won't bail on me again, I have an appointment at 1:30 and then after that, I am going to jam with my PT client who also happens to be an accomplished pianist.
Breakfast: leftover veggie fried rice, coffeeLunch: leftover beef & daikon, noodlesDinner: chicken curry w/rice noodlesSnack: pear &...?? hubby ate all the nuts..dang!
I am hoping to have something of a low key day today.
