I woke up thinking it was Thursday. Just a weird week before vacation (btw, keep up the chatter even though I'm gone!).

I can feel a migraine coming on again, and I'm hoping to avert it.

Do you have medication for the migraines?

I have one client this morning and two sessions and a consult this afternoon/evening.

Hmm, maybe you could ask your PT for a doctor referral?

I have never done timed intervals before--one where I run all out and see how far I can get. So, I've discovered my CP anaerobic threshold is 36 seconds. After that, I slow somewhat. It's my inner geekiness showing.

I could, but

how do you find your threshold?

I did 20 minutes of intervals on the treadmill.

CL-Jean - yes, I have migraine meds, but they knock me out for the count.

Rate of perceived exertion. I ran all out, uphill, for as fast as I could and there was a noticeable difference suddenly. Oh, the 36 seconds is for uphill sprinting. It would probably take longer for flat road.
