I deadlifted more than my body weight today. Yeehaw.

Breakfast: kashi, yogurt, blueberries, coffee
Lunch: steamed green beans, pad thai lunch special (comes with hot & sour soup, fried spring roll)
Dinner: tofu salad, veggie fried brown rice
Snack: pear, chickpeas, cocoa snaps
