Ok - where is our yawn emoticon?
I am teaching 2 classes this morning - advanced spin then sculpt. Then the part that I dread - DH and I going to MIL's house for Easter dinner. There is a very limited amount of healthy food of course, and the unhealthy stuff I don't even LIKE but often I'm hungry and can't fill up on the good food so I end up eating something and being mad that I wasted calories. The dinner is stressful for me for other reasons too, damn social problems.
So I will eat beforehand. Raw veggies and dip if there is any at the dinner, nothing else.
Breakfast: coffee, kashi, yogurt, blueberriesLunch: leftover WW BBQ chicken pizza, saladDinner: this is the REAL cheat meal, where I eat foods that I actually LIKE!!!!
