I didn't go to the gym last night since I was packing up my girl to go to science camp for a few days with her school class, so tonight I'll be running and doing weights. I may stay late for the yoga class as well, or hit the dry sauna.


Breakfast: 3 rice cakes, 2 Tbsp peanut butter each, 12oz Diet Mountain Dew


Snack: Nothing (late breakfast)


Lunch: Lean Cuisine parmesan chicken, salad


Snack: Snickers Marathon bar


Dinner: Dunno yet

Another trainer asked if she could work out with me today, so we did 3 sets of 5 HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY of deadlift, pullups, bench press. Then she got fascinated with the kettlebells and wanted me to show her everything, lol.

Breakfast: yogurt, kashi, blueberries, coffee
Lunch: fast food chicken teriyaki w/noodles
Dinner: chicken rice w/chinese mushrooms, stir fried bok choy
Snack: grapes, sunflower seeds, cocoa snaps
