It's a little nuts for me today.
I had a client today and went straight from the gym to a 5km hill run with my friend. I am feeling pretty wiped from that crazy weights workout yesterday, so I might take a rest day tomorrow, as I am teaching spin on Saturday (beginner but still) and still want to have some legs left for the race on Sunday.
I am SO HUNGRY lately. After the weights yesterday I was craving protein like mad. I might consider drinking protein shakes because I can't eat any more food! I average 1800-2000 cals daily and never feel full.
